Our Team
Legacy Paradigm Solutions LLC was founded by Alexis D. Owens, LMFT — licensed therapist, former child welfare supervisor, and trauma educator with over 15 years of experience supporting families, professionals, and communities across the child welfare, behavioral health, and education systems.
Alexis built Legacy Paradigm Solutions on a simple but powerful belief: that healing is not just personal, it is generational. She brings her clinical expertise, lived experience, and deep commitment to healing justice into every program, training, and service LPS delivers.
Our facilitators are trained, vetted, and supervised under Alexis's clinical oversight — bringing the same trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach to every cohort, every circle, and every community they serve.
